Hayley White is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, advanced aesthetic injector, aesthetic trainer, and founder of Elevare Aesthetics. With over seven years of experience in aesthetic medicine and a clinical background in critical care, Hayley brings a strong foundation in anatomy, safety, and evidence-based medicine to every treatment. As an aesthetic trainer, she also has experience educating and mentoring other providers in injectable techniques and aesthetic medicine.
Hayley is results-driven with an unwavering focus on patient safety and experience. She specializes in natural facial balancing, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and regenerative treatments, with a passion for creating results that are refined, balanced, and never overdone. Her approach is highly personalized, combining clinical expertise with an artistic eye to enhance each patient’s individual features rather than change them.
Known for her attention to detail, honesty, and warm approach, Hayley believes in education, thoughtful treatment planning, and building long-term relationships with her patients. Her goal is for you to leave looking refreshed, confident, and like you got the best night’s rest—the kind of result that has people asking what you’ve done differently without being able to quite put their finger on it.

Dr. Lindsay Dragos
Dr. Lindsay Dragos is a board-certified physician with more than 13 years of experience in Emergency Medicine. She expanded her expertise into aesthetic medicine in 2017 and has since built extensive experience in advanced aesthetic treatments and medical oversight.
As an experienced medical director and med spa owner in Houston, Dr. Dragos brings a strong clinical foundation to aesthetic medicine. Her experience includes neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, advanced cannula techniques, PDO threads, microneedling, laser treatments, and radiofrequency skin tightening. She has pursued advanced aesthetic education through Galderma, Revance, and private training with physician experts.
As Medical Director of Elevare Aesthetics, Dr. Dragos provides clinical oversight and collaborates closely with the Elevare team to uphold the highest standards of safety and patient care. Her extensive medical background and ongoing involvement in aesthetic medicine provide an added layer of clinical expertise behind every treatment offered at Elevare.
